Hopscotch Montessori is an international network of Montessori schools serving children 0-12 years old. Our school was established by a diverse team of professionals from all over the world in the heart of New York City – one of the most inspiring cities with culture in its core.

Every student in our school is a global citizen exposed to various languages, cultures, and forms of art. We value the understanding of each other's cultures, beliefs, individualities, ideas, and needs, as our community consists of respectful international families with a multitude of geographical and cultural backgrounds. We approached the choice of pedagogy and methods of early development from the perspectives of both professionals and parents to reinvent education, creating a place where children are eager to discover the world around them and find their unique place in it.

Hopscotch Montessori continuously develops educational methods by taking part in meaningful educational seminars and conferences, providing a progressive and up-to-date experience in all our schools.

Our school provides a welcoming environment of warmth, care and freedom to encourage students to think freely and solve problems independently to reveal their strengths, while also feeling a sense of belonging. We help every child identify their talents and interests by embracing their curiosity and joy. Being comfortable in their surrounding environment allows for the further development of emotional intelligence, thinking and leadership skills that are necessary for a child to embrace.

After rigorous research and analysis of internationally respected neuropsychologists' leading practices specializing in early childhood education, we chose the Montessori Method. The Montessori Method is based on the principles of comprehensive child development, which considers the prepared environment, the child's psychological and physical health as essential for installing an interest in education. It also frequently incorporates children of different ages and child-led activities to encourage independence, resulting in quicker development of skills. We are members of the AMS (American Montessori Schools) society, matching the international standards of education.

Our school encourages child-driven independence to promote self-esteem, confidence and motivation in order to equip our students with the skills and attitude to take on the world and thrive.
